            <title>[Men's Cross Country] MCC men's cross country all-conference honors</title>

            <description>&lt;div&gt;The Midwest Collegiate Conference men's cross country all-conference honors for the 2011 season were announced on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the conclusion of the MCC Championships held at the Dubuque Soccer Complex.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seven runners received First Team All-MCC honors on the basis of finishing in the top seven spots individually in the championship. A total of ten more runners received honorable mention all-conference recognition. Kevin Randle was named the conference Harrier of the Year for the second straight year after winning his second consecutive individual title at the conference championships. Ryan Scheckel of Mount Mercy was named MCC Coach of the Year, winning the men's award for the second straight year and third time in his coaching career.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

            <title>[Men's Cross Country] Mount Mercy wins MCC men's cross country crown</title>

            <description>&lt;div&gt;Mount Mercy made it back-to-back titles for it's men's cross country team, winning the 2011 Midwest Collegiate Conference men's championship at the conference meet at the Dubuque Soccer Complex.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Mustangs finished with 29 points, easily outdistancing second place St. Ambrose. Ashford was third (75 points), followed by Grand View (96), Viterbo (119), William Penn (145) and Clarke (178).&lt;/div&gt;</description>

The meet will begin at 10:30 a.m. central time with the women's 6-K race, while the men's 8-K race will follow at 11:15 a.m.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Viterbo's B.J. McCall earned Men's Harrier of the Year honors for his first conference championship with a time of 27:29 in the 8k.             <title>[Men's Cross Country] Four to Represent the MCC at the NAIA Cross Country Championships</title>

            <description>&lt;P&gt;The Midwest Collegiate Conference will be represented by four individuals at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships on November 17&lt;SUP&gt;th&lt;/SUP&gt; in Kenosha, Wisconsin.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mount Mercy College will be sending senior Katie Larsen and sophomore Mallory Marshall to compete in the women’s 5k race in Kenosha. Larsen and Marshall finished in 8&lt;SUP&gt;th&lt;/SUP&gt; and 10&lt;SUP&gt;th&lt;/SUP&gt; place respectively at the Region VII Championships on November 3&lt;SUP&gt;rd&lt;/SUP&gt;. This will be both Larsen’s and Marshall’s second consecutive trip to the National Championships. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
