The NAIA Region VII Softball Tournament Bracket has been released. Three teams will represent the Midwest Collegiate Conference at the Region VII Tournament hosted by Grand View College May 7-9 in Des Moines. The remaining three teams were selected from the Chicagoland Conference.

William Penn University is the No. 6 seed in the Region VII Tourney. The Lady Statesmen (33-19) face No. 3 seed St. Xavier (26-18) on May 7 at 9 a.m.

Grand View College is the No. 4 seed in the tourney. The Vikings (26-21) take on No. 5 seed St. Francis (26-19) on May 7 at 11 a.m.

Waldorf College is the No. 2 seed in the regional tourney. The Warriors (37-12), who won the MCC regular and tournament titles, will face the winner of the William Penn vs. St. Xavier match-up on May 7 at 1 p.m.

Olivet Nazarene is the top seed in the tournament. The Tigers (48-9) take on the winner of the Grand View vs. St. Francis game on May 7 at 3 p.m.

The winner of the Region VII Tournament receives and automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament to be held May 16-21 in Decatur, Alabama.
