The NAIA Region VII Women's Soccer Tournament bracket has been released. St. Ambrose University and Grand View College will represent the Midwest Collegiate Conference at this year's regional tournament.  The Region VII Tournament semifinals and championship games are hosted this year by Grand View College at James W. Cownie Complex in Des Moines, Iowa.

 

St. Ambrose (12-6-2) won the MCC regular season and the MCC Tournament titles and enters the tournament as the No. 2 seed. The Queen Bees receive a bye in the first round the tournament and face the winner of Tuesday's No. 3 Saint Xavier (15-3-2) vs. No. 6 Trinity International (9-7-1) match-up on Friday, Nov. 2, at 3:30 p.m.

 

No. 4 seed Grand View (11-4-4) will host No. 5 Trinity Christian (15-3-2) in the first round of the Region VII Tournament on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. at Cownie Complex. The winner will face top-seeded seed Judson (11-5-2) on Friday, Nov. 2, at 3:30 p.m.

 

The winner of the Region VII Tournament earns an automatic berth to the NAIA National Championship held November 14-20 in Daytona Beach, Florida.
