The Midwest Classic Conference announces its weekly honors. Receiving awards are: Cliff Miles (Men's Cross Country - St. Ambrose), Jessica Olsen (Women's Cross Country - St. Ambrose), Chris Conway (Men's Soccer - Grand View),Cassie Bowman (Women's Soccer - William Penn), Andrea Brooks (Volleyball Player - St. Ambrose), Becky Fetter (Volleyball Setter - St. Ambrose), Amber Riley (Volleyball Libero - Iowa Wesleyan).

Men's Cross Country: Cliff Miles - St. Ambrose University

Miles posted an 8k time of 27:00 at the Brissman-Lundeen Inv.

Women's Cross Country: Jessica Olsen - St. Ambrose University

Olsen posted a 6k time of 23:50 at the Brissman Lundeen Inv.

Men's Soccer: Chris Conway - Grand View College

#21 Grand View upset #16 Park and went 2-0 last week with senior defender Conway's leadership and tenacious defense.

Women's Soccer: Cassie Bowman - William Penn University
WPU went 2-1 as Bowman scored 4 goals and added an assist in 3 games for the Statesman. She had the game-winner against Coe on Wednesday (Penn's first win of the season) and assisted the game-winner against Mount Mercy on Saturday.

Volleyball Player: Andrea Brooks - St. Ambrose University
SAU went 4-0 last week as Brooks had 9 kills out of 10 swings in the last match of the SAU Fall Classic. The strong performance pushed her over the 1000 career kill mark, placing her among in the top 20 all-time kill leaders at St Ambrose. Brooks was named to the Fall Classic All-Tournament Team.

Volleyball Setter: Becky Fetter - St. Ambrose University

Fetter led SAU to a 4-0 week and averaged 8.11 assists/game.

Volleyball Libero: Amber Riley - Iowa Wesleyan College

Riley averaged 7.50 dpg in 3 matches.
